About me...

I have qualified in: level 2 group fitness, level 4 Mat Pilates, level 3 Exercise Referral, level 3 Pre & Post Natal, level 4 Therapy Exercise, 200hr Yoga instructor, The Biomechanics Method, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Senior Fitness Specialist, Zumba instructor, Studio resistance, Indoor Cycling, and Chair Fitness instructor. I LOVE all kinds of exercise, and love learning and keeping up to date. I strive to keep classes inclusive, friendly, and fun!

You can choose from Pilates classes in Darnick, Zumba, PiYo, and Total Body classes in St Boswells, and PiYo and therapeutic, trigger point (mixed with Pilates and yoga) classes in Newtown, in the beautiful Scottish Borders. Classes suit a variety .of ages and levels, depending on format, but I always strive to offer options

ONLINE

In addition to my in person classes, I also offer an online resistance training programme, called, Lift.

Lift was borne during lockdowns, as a way to build and maintain resistance training without going to the gym! This has proven an effective, time saving solution to many, and proven highly beneficial. 

The importance of resistance training should not be underestimated, but can often be daunting. This beginner friendly, time saving offering, shows it's doable, enjoyable, and so beneficial. I offer a FREE, NO OBLIGATION, sample of Lift for those interested (suitability allowing).

As well as my Lift sessions, I offer an online library of pre recorded sessions, in a whole heap of formats, for my existing clients. Perfect for holidays, top ups, and change of circumstances (shifts, caring duties, car issues!).

Exercise Therapy

Needing a personalised approach to restore function, reduce general pain, improve posture, or build confidence? Working through some movement screeners, we can then build a tailored approach to help you move optimally. Whether it's tackling restrictions due to tightness, building stability around joints, increasing range of movement, or improving balance, I can use a number of approaches to help guide you. This approach does require commitment from you at home, with regular, bite sized, homework activities. Get in touch to discuss suitability.
