This home weights programme works in 2 x 4wk blocks of progressively building home weights sessions. Suitable for beginners and seasoned dumbbell users, you only require 2 dumbbells of choice and a mat (or cushioned floor for floor work).
Every session is different and includes a small fitness element which is surprisingly effective despite being short!
The workouts are delivered via Facebook one way streams that you can join in with real time if schedule allows, it as most do, you can catch up on replay when it suits you!
Workouts are 20 to 25mins duration and are adaptable to suit your needs. And we have an amazing wee positive and supportive community.
